1. Open an internet browser such as Google™ Chrome, Mozilla™ Firefox, or Microsoft™ Edge and navigate to the webpage portal.office.com.


2. Sign in with your credentials. If you have forgotten your password, please create a ticket at tech.hylands.com, and one of our Helpdesk Associates will contact you at the earliest availability. 


3. Once signed in, select your name in the top right hand corner of the screen. Then select "My Account."


4. On the left, select "Security & Privacy." 


5. In the new screen that appears, select "Change My Password." This will require you to type in your old password, as well as your desired password twice. You're all set!
