1. Login to your computer with your current password. Be sure you are connected to the local network at the office - password resets will not work if you do them on your laptop from outside the office.


2. On your keyboard, press and hold ctrl, alt, and delete. This will bring up the System Security menu.


3. From this menu, select the option 'Change a Password.'


4. In the new menu, fill out your old password as well as the two boxes for the new password. Remember the requirements for this password:


   A. 8 characters long

   B. 1 Upper Case letter

   C. 1 Lower case letter

   D. At least one number or symbol (both are encouraged)


5. Press enter/confirm - when your password is successfully changed, you will be returned to your desktop.
