1. Do I have to use my badge?

-Nope! This is optional and only for secure print and scan. However, we do encourage it - queueing up several print jobs back to back can reduce your time walking back and forth between printers. Additionally, if you have confidential information, using secure print will allow you to release the print job when you approach the printer, ensuring it doesn't get mixed up with anyone else's papers or is picked up/viewed by accident.


2. What if I forget my badge?

-The PIN in your email can be used to login as well. If you forget the PIN, we are able to reset it for you.


3. What if I am off-site?

-Regular printing is still enabled, you will continue to print as you always have.
